This lovely hotel exudes a charming countryside ambiance, with tasteful decor and cozy common areas where senior guests can relax on comfortable couches or enjoy a game of chess. The rooms are simple yet inviting, with a terrace that allows guests to fully embrace the tranquil surroundings. The location, nestled between two towns at a distance of around 5km, is easily accessible by car and offers proximity to hiking trails and beautiful beaches. Despite being close to amenities, the hotel still maintains a sense of seclusion, making it a perfect retreat for senior travelers. Additionally, the staff members at the hotel, including Rosa, Jessica, the restaurant lady. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Tip: Don't forget to try the local homemade drink called mirto!
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior guests would be to provide more options for breakfast, as the current selection is rather limited. However, the quality of the breakfast is sufficient and the hotel makes up for it with its other excellent features.

My stay at S'Abba E Sa Murta was a delightful experience. The room exceeded my expectations with its good working air-conditioning, providing much-needed respite from the summer heat. The typical Sardinian decoration added a charming touch, immersing me in the local culture. I particularly loved the private terrace, where I enjoyed picturesque views of the surroundings.
While my stay was near perfect, there was a minor inconvenience. The database stated that the area is not rich in activities other than enjoying the beaches.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning vineyard location, surrounded by beautiful views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room, with its lovely Sardinian decoration, was comfortable and had a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the crystal-clear swimming pool to the delicious food served in the restaurant. We also appreciated the reasonable prices and value for money. And of course, the breakfast, although a bit repetitive as mentioned in other reviews, still offered a decent selection to start our day.
All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory.

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve and loved the beautiful rural setting surrounded by vineyards and fields. The cozy rooms were comfortable and provided everything we needed. The breakfast was simple, but still well-prepared. What we enjoyed the most were the horses and the friendly staff. They quickly arranged an evening ride for us through the fields and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is also great since it’s near a charming town with plenty to see and do.
During our stay, we found that some things could have been improved, such as the lack of information provided in the room about the hotel’s services and local attractions. We also found that the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t very strong, but this allowed us to disconnect more during our vacation.

This hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing stay with its excellent facilities, cleanliness, and attentive staff. The breakfast was a highlight each day, featuring a delicious Italian buffet. The location was also ideal, as it was in the hills nearby Tortoli but still very close to the ocean. Additionally, there was parking on-site and transportation to the nearest beach by car took approximately a few minutes.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The stunning natural surroundings of this agro-tourism hotel really stood out, with charming animals, including horses, donkeys and birds, located on the property. the peaceful rural setting was perfect for relaxing, accompanied by a lovely infinity pool, delicious homemade food, and a vineyard where we picked grapes directly from the vines. the staff was very helpful, even giving us horse riding lessons, with easy access to a nearby beach and town for a day trip.
the hair dryer in the room did not work, and we experienced no hot water on one of the mornings.

We're having a blast exploring the hills nearby this gorgeous hotel set in a perfect location between the ocean and towns. We enjoyed horseback riding and tasting delicious wine with grapes we picked ourselves. Our spacious Sardinian decorated room with a terrace and breathtaking view of the vineyard is the perfect place to relax. Waking up to the nice breakfast buffet and enjoying it poolside is an added plus. the charming staff is helpful and attentive. We recommend lounging by the pool, and exploring the old farm with cute animals on the premises.
The air conditioning wasn't working as expected.
